A creative visionary and a woman who knows no boundaries, I’ve designed and architected my life by coloring outside the lines. A proud wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunty family is the heartbeat of my purpose. As a first-generation college graduate, proud HBCU alumnae, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, I carry forward a legacy of excellence, sisterhood, and service.
As the Co-Founder and Vice President of The Fortitude Collective, I’ve built spaces that amplify women’s voices and challenge the status quo. My career spans decades of leading large-scale transformations and global software implementations for Fortune 500 companies where I’ve turned complexity into clarity and vision into value.
I’m a global traveler, an author, and a proud Woman in Technology driven by the belief that to whom much is given, much is required. My life’s mission is to change the narrative, remove boundaries, and redefine what leadership looks like. I lead transformation with precision and boldness unafraid to dismantle outdated systems and unapologetic about creating new ones.
